Take a large non-stick pan and heat olive oil in it. Take the salmon fillets and season both sides of the fillets with pepper, onion powder and garlic powder.

Then add the salmon to the already heated olive oil. Cook both sides of the salmon fillets for 3 to 4 minutes each. You have to cook until the salmon fillets develop a golden crust.

Once the golden crust develops, take the salmon out of the pan and put it on a plate. Top the salmon with butter and let it cool for a little time. In the mean time take a small bowl and place all the ingredients for the dressing in it and whisk them.
