1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Welcome to Jeremy Life. By creating an account on our Website and using our services, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (“TAC”). Jeremy Life reserves the right to update and change the TAC from time to time without notice or acceptance by you.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
2.1 In order to use our Service, you must have Internet access and the necessary equipment such as a computer or any other device. You shall bear all the expenses and fees associated with your Internet access with equipment.
2.2 You agree to access the Service only through the interfaces provided by Jeremy Life.
3. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT SECURITY
3.1 You must use a valid Jeremy Life Username to access our Service. To do so, you must create an account on our Website and provide Jeremy Life with a valid email address and other information.
3.2 You can then choose a password and a Username for your Profile. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and account, as well as for all activities on your account.
3.3 You convene to immediately notify Jeremy Life of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other security issue.
3.4 Jeremy Life won’t be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section 3.
3.5 If Jeremy Life suspects that you provided inaccurate or misleading information, Jeremy Life has the right to suspend or suppress your account.
3.6 Each Account must belong to one individual person.
4. CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION
4.1 If you decide to cancel the Service, your decision will apply immediately. You won’t be able to access your Account and Profile anymore and we will delete all the information you posted there.
4.2 Jeremy Life isn’t liable for such information deletion. You also agree that Jeremy Life, in its sole discretion, may suppress your password and/or account and the information associated with them, for any reason, including and without limitation if Jeremy Life thinks that you have not respected these TAC.
4.3 Jeremy Life may also, in its sole discretion and at any time, discontinue providing the Service, with or without notice.
5. JEREMY’S LIFE PRIVACY POLICY
Registration Data and certain other information about you are subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these TAC by reference. We invite you to carefully read it in conjunction with these TAC
6. CONTENT AND CONDUCT RULES AND OBLIGATIONS
6.1 You understand that all information posted on your Account, including data, text, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, or other materials (hereafter the “Content”), are your sole responsibility.
6.2. Jeremy Life does not control the Content posted on its website and thus cannot guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of such Content. You understand that by using the Service, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive or indecent.
6.3. Be aware that Jeremy Life does not filter the Content, but keep in mind that Jeremy Life has the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse, move, amend, or suppress any Content that is available via the Service. Users of Jeremy’s Life Sites, Products,s or Services may receive advertisements from advertising partners. partners may use cookies to recognize your computer each time they send you an online advertisement. This privacy policy covers the use of cookies by Jeremy Life and does not cover the use of cookies by any advertisers.
9. LINKS
The Service may provide, directly or through third parties, links to other websites. As Jeremy Life has no control over such websites, you agree that Jeremy Life is not responsible for their availability nor for any Content or other materials from such websites.
10. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold Jeremy Life, and its subsidiaries, directors, employees, or other partners harmless from any claim, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, by any third party due to or arising out of your Content, your use of the Service, your user activities, your violation of the TAC, whether you are a registered user or not.

However, this clause does not apply to Content or to personal information.
13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
13.1 You expressly understand and agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk. Jeremy Life expressly disclaims all warranties. Jeremy Life does not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements. Jeremy Life cannot guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free or that the results from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.
13.2 Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Service is done at your own discretion and risk and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material.
13.3 Jeremy Life is not responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline of any user of Jeremy Life Services.
14. CLAIMS OF COPYRIGHT OR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INFRINGEMENT
14.1 Jeremy Life respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. Jeremy Life may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who may be repeat infringers.

15. MEMBER DISPUTES
15.1 Member Disputes. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Jeremy Life members. In case a dispute arises between you and another user, Jeremy Life reserves the right but has no obligation, to arbitrate it.
16. GENERAL
16.1 We may send you notices and information via email, regular mail, or via the Private Message system. We may provide notices of changes to the TAC or other matters by displaying notices or links.
16.2 The TAC and the relationship between you and Jeremy Life shall be governed by the laws of Korea without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and Jeremy Life agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Korea.
16.3 The failure of Jeremy Life to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the TAC shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The TAC is the entire agreement between you and Jeremy Life and governs your use of the Service.
16.4 You also may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use affiliate or other Jeremy Life Services, third-party Content, or third-party software. If any provision of the TAC or incorporated documents are found by a competent court to be invalid, the parties agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the TAC remain in full force and effect.
16.5 You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim arising out of or related to the use of the Service or the TAC must be filed within one (1) year after its occurrence.
