  • Avocados (four and all halved)

However, seasoning for these crispy BBQ keto chicken wings are healthy, keto-friendly and one of those amazing keto BBQ recipes you can add in your diet plan for weight loss.   • Firstly, preheat your oven to 428 F.
  • Next, mix all the rub ingredients in a bowl.
  • Now, take a non-stick pan and grease it some oil and put the wings in, Sear them for about three minutes.
  • Next, take these wings out and put them in the bowl with the rub, also put some olive oil and fully coat the wings.
  • Now put these wings on a baking tray which is greaseproof and bake for at least thirty minutes. When they turn crisp, turn them over. If you love those grilled marks, out them under a grill for five minutes and they will turn very crispy.

  • Almond (200 grams, meal)
  • Sour cream (Seventy-five grams)

  • Sumac (One teaspoon)
  • Paprika (One teaspoon, smokes)
  • Tomato (powder, two teaspoons)
  • Italian herbs (One teaspoon)
  • Garlic powder (Half a teaspoon)
  • Onion (Granule, half teaspoon)
  • Parmesan (Two teaspoons, grated)

Instructions

  • Firstly, preheat your oven to a temperature of 140℃.
  • Next, put the mozzarella and parmesan cheese into a food processor and process till they are finely grated. Now, add the sour cream and almond meal mix again in the food processor, now spread this mixture onto a baking sheet and use a rolling pin to flatten this mixture out. Cut this into your desired shape, you could make use of a cookie-cutter as well.
  • Now add the seasoning over these shaped, put them in the oven and bake for about fifteen minutes. Once they turn crisp and look a little golden, take them out, but make sure they are dried out.

Instructions

For the Instant Pot Instructions:

All you have to do is add the ingredients (frozen) and set it to manual. Next time it for thirty minutes, it will eventually lose pressure, and then move to the final step.

For Slow Cooker Instructions:

The ingredients should be thawed, add them to the slow cooker and set it on high for four hours in total. After four hours, proceed to the final step.

The Final Steps:

  • Onion (Half of the whole) 1/2Whole Medium Yellow/Brown Onion
  • Garlic Cloves (Four)
  • Jalapeno if you like it
  • Soy Sauce (Quarter tablespoon)
  • Swerve (Three and a half teaspoons)
  • Sesame Oil (Two tablespoons)
  • Black Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Take all the marinade ingredients, put them in a food processor and process till they are mixed well. Now put them in a bag which has zip-lock.
  • Now, cut the onion into slices, and put it in the bag as well, put the slices of beef in it too. Now, rub in the marinade making sure it is evenly done.
  • Now put this bag into the fridge and let it be in there for at least twenty-four hours.
  • Now, cut the green onions in stick, each one inch.
  • Now, take a frying pan, add the sesame oil and heat over a high flame. Put the beef and onions in it. Cook this for at least five minutes. Once cooked, it is ready to serve!

  • Brush the BBQ sauce on the drumsticks often. Keep adding coats. At the end broil the chicken for at least three minutes. This will make it crunchier. Serve right away.
