Ingredients

  • Olive oil (Three tablespoons)
  • Avocados (four and all halved)
  • Tomatoes (Two, red and diced)

  • Firstly, preheat your grill only one side on medium flame. Now take a brush and dip it in olive oil and brush on the avocadoes. Next, grill them till they get those grill marks on them.
  • Take a bowl and put in all the ingredients except the avocados and mix.
  • Now, each halved and grilled avocado has to be stuffed with the ingredients mix in the bowl, add a slice of mozzarella to each as well. Now, put these on the part of the grill which is away from the heat. Shut the lid and let the cheese melt.
  • Put them out on a platter sprinkle some parmesan, basil, and balsamic glaze if you like!

However, seasoning for these crispy BBQ keto chicken wings are healthy, keto-friendly and one of those amazing keto BBQ recipes you can add in your diet plan for weight loss. You can enjoy these keto-wings alongside a spinach keto dip or salad. Since chicken has nearly zero carbohydrates so if there are any carbohydrates, they are coming from the rub.

However this recipe is made specifically for you if you are particular about zero carbohydrates but don’t want to give up on the flavoring as well!

  • Chicken wings (One kilogram)
  • Olive oil One tablespoon

For the Rub

  • Paprika (Half tablespoon)

  • Chilli (Powdered, quarter teaspoon)
  • Garlic powder (One teaspoon)

Instructions

  • Firstly, preheat your oven to 428 F.
  • Next, mix all the rub ingredients in a bowl.
  • Now, take a non-stick pan and grease it some oil and put the wings in, Sear them for about three minutes.
  • Next, take these wings out and put them in the bowl with the rub, also put some olive oil and fully coat the wings.
  • Now put these wings on a baking tray which is greaseproof and bake for at least thirty minutes. When they turn crisp, turn them over. If you love those grilled marks, out them under a grill for five minutes and they will turn very crispy.

  • Parmesan (Thirty grams, chopped)
  • Mozzarella (Eighty-five grams and grated)
  • Almond (200 grams, meal)
  • Sour cream (Seventy-five grams)
  • Salt (Half teaspoon)

Seasoning

  • Sumac (One teaspoon)
  • Paprika (One teaspoon, smokes)
  • Tomato (powder, two teaspoons)
  • Italian herbs (One teaspoon)
  • Garlic powder (Half a teaspoon)
  • Onion (Granule, half teaspoon)
  • Parmesan (Two teaspoons, grated)

Instructions

  • Firstly, preheat your oven to a temperature of 140℃.
  • Next, put the mozzarella and parmesan cheese into a food processor and process till they are finely grated. Now, add the sour cream and almond meal mix again in the food processor, now spread this mixture onto a baking sheet and use a rolling pin to flatten this mixture out. Cut this into your desired shape, you could make use of a cookie-cutter as well.
  • Now add the seasoning over these shaped, put them in the oven and bake for about fifteen minutes. Once they turn crisp and look a little golden, take them out, but make sure they are dried out.
  • Serve with your favorite dip!

Instructions

For the Instant Pot Instructions:

All you have to do is add the ingredients (frozen) and set it to manual. Next time it for thirty minutes, it will eventually lose pressure, and then move to the final step.

For Slow Cooker Instructions:

The ingredients should be thawed, add them to the slow cooker and set it on high for four hours in total. After four hours, proceed to the final step.

The Final Steps:

Add the gum, in about a quarter teaspoon of increment. Put in the sauce till it thickens with a spoon, now, serve the beef in plates or bowls and sprinkle the onions and cilantro on it.

  • Stir these all well, and put in the ingredients which are left too.
  • Now, add the chicken thighs.
  • Cook for at least over four hours, and shred it with knives and forks once it is cooked.

  • Now, add the chopped spinach, then the cheese, followed by chicken, then the avocados and the other ingredients. Place the bacon and pickles on top.

  • Aluminum foil (One ft x one)

Marinade

  • Onion (Half of the whole) 1/2Whole Medium Yellow/Brown Onion
  • Garlic Cloves (Four)
  • Jalapeno if you like it
  • Soy Sauce (Quarter tablespoon)
  • Swerve (Three and a half teaspoons)
  • Sesame Oil (Two tablespoons)
  • Black Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Take all the marinade ingredients, put them in a food processor and process till they are mixed well. Now put them in a bag which has zip-lock.
  • Now, cut the onion into slices, and put it in the bag as well, put the slices of beef in it too. Now, rub in the marinade making sure it is evenly done.
  • Now put this bag into the fridge and let it be in there for at least twenty-four hours.
  • Now, cut the green onions in stick, each one inch.
  • Now, take a frying pan, add the sesame oil and heat over a high flame. Put the beef and onions in it. Cook this for at least five minutes. Once cooked, it is ready to serve!

Eventually, the drumstick will start turning crisp and tender inside. To ensure the entire drumstick is cooked well flip it every ten minutes.
  • Brush the BBQ sauce on the drumsticks often. Keep adding coats. At the end broil the chicken for at least three minutes. This will make it crunchier. Serve right away.
